Celebrate Earth Day at Lake Katherine Nature Center & Botanic Gardens and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of games and activities for the whole family.

Activities include: University of Illinois Master Gardener Shrub Giveaway; Native Plant Sale; Dog Agility and Fly Ball Demonstrations; Children’s Small Farm Animal Petting Area; Tree Planting (at 1:00 p.m.); Tai Chi Mini-Classes; Green Exhibitors; Children’s Crafts; Hayrides; and much more.
In addition, there will be an Electronics Recycling Drop-Off. (Tent for drop-offs located in parking lot.) Food and beverages will be for sale.
