Kendall Coyne to Throw Out First Pitch at Chicago White Sox Game

U.S. Women's Hockey Olympic silver medalist Coyne will throw out the ceremonial first pitch Sunday, May 25.

Southland's Olympic star and member of the silver medal U.S. women's hockey team Kendall Coyne will step onto U.S. Cellular field May 25. 

Palos Heights native Coyne will throw out a ceremonial first pitch Sunday, May 25 when the White Sox take on the New York Yankees—also her 22nd birthday. 

Coyne was one of the younger members of the U.S. women’s hockey team. She has competed in three International Ice Hockey Federation Women’s World Championships and four Four Nations Cups.
