Join us at for our annual St Patrick’s Day Celebration. Be sure to be part of the fun as we celebrate Irish pride when we turn the water fall green and drink Green River.
The water fall will turn green at noon and then again at 4 p.m.
Be sure to be on time as the color only last 15 minutes.
And as St Patrick’s Day celebrates all things green, Lake Katherine will also be going green, partnering with Vintage Tech Recyclers, Inc, by piloting its electronic recycling program this day. Electronic devices ranging from TV monitors, computers and phones will be accepted.
Note: NO large appliances, (such as air conditioners, stoves refrigerators, freezers, etc.), or hazardous waste (including paint and cleaners). No drop offs. Appliances will only be accepted between 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please enter the Nature Center for the storage facility to be unlocked.
So come out, celebrate Irish pride, and be green literally and figuratively.
