The Palos Heights City Council meets tonight (Tuesday) at 7 p.m. at 7607 W. College Drive. City council members are expected to weigh in on a liquor license application from the Harvest Room to put in a wine tasting room at the restaurant. The Harvest Room specializes in dishes made fresh  with local, organic or organically raised ingredients purchased from area farmers when possible.  The restaurant is located at 7164 W. 127th St..
