Football: Stagg Faces Sandburg in an Even Record Showdown

The Amos Alonzo Stagg Chargers varsity football team takes on the Carl Sandburg High School Eagles Friday night, both going into the game with 4-3 records.

A District 230 duel will be held on Seliga Field Friday night, as the Sandburg Eagles take on the Stagg Chargers.

The Charges come to Orland Park with a 4-3 record after nearly doubling Joliet West’s score last week, winning 61-35.

The Eagles go into Friday’s game also with a 4-3 record after falling to the Lincoln-Way East last week, when the Griffins charged ahead in the second half to win 31-13.
