The Chargers offense struggled throughout the game against the strength of the Eagles' defense.

The Sandburg Eagles hosted the Stagg Chargers in its first home game of the season, defeating the Chargers 54-7. The Eagles' offense was just too much and its defense shutting down nearly every Charger effort to move the ball down the field.
Shortly before the end of the first half, Stagg successfully reached its endzone, briging the score at half time to 38-7. However, this was the last time the Chargers would come close to approaching its endzone again.
