Chicago Christian's Richie Santarelli makes the play at second and then delivers a quick throw to first to complete a momentum-shifting double play in the fifth inning of the Knights' 6-3 victory over St. Francis de Sales.

Jay Carr made sure the Chicago Christian baseball team was driving its victory total into the record books.

He blasted a three-run walk-off homer in the Knights' 6-3 come-from-behind win over St. Francis de Sales in a recent game at the Beecher Regional. The victory was No. 29 for Chicago Christian, then establishing a new school record.

Brian Deckinga pitched the first five innings for the Knights but trailed because Chicago Christian was unable to mount any offense in the early going.

But, after a switch to relief pitcher Trent Overzet, and a momentum-shifting double play that went from Richie Santarelli to Curtis Kent, the Knights fought back. Carr's homer snapped a 3-3 deadlock. Overzet picked up the win.

Check out the action.
