The weather was perfect for the last Saturday of the Summer as Palos Park residents celebrated the Autumn in the Park Festival. The day began with a parade, which led into the festival.
Booths at the fest included The Center showing off art classes, wine from Coopers Hawk and face painting for the kids. A petting zoo provided by The Children's Farm was popular even for Palos Patch editor Nick Swedberg.
