Former Gift Shop: What Should Go Here?
Natalie's Gifts on College Drive housed figurines for more than 20 years before closing down.
The former gift shop on College Avenue, directly behind the Starbucks location, now sits empty.
Until recently, it was the site of Natalie's Gift Shop. The small business was run by Natalie Grens of Orland Park. She closed shop for the last time in August after liquidating her remaining inventory with a going-out-of-business sale.
Palos Patch featured Natalie's Gifts in a local business article in 2011, too.
Natalie's Gifts is located at 7206 W. College Drive in Palos Heights' Tiffany Square Shopping Center.

I would love to see a variety store, something like and old dime store (really miss Ben Franklin) or a Dollar Store, like Dollar Tree.

I agree with Carol! I think a Dollar Store would also help by bringing more people to that strip mall that is hidden and in need of a face lift .
