McDonald's McWrecked to Make Way for New Joint
A crew worked Tuesday to demolish the fast-food restaurant in Palos Heights.
Plans to build a brand, spanking new McDonald's on 127th Street continued with the demolishing of the old Tuesday.
The fast-food restaurants intends to rebuild at the existing location with a modern design.
This construction project coincides with a bigger rebuild across the street that includes the Jewel Osco.

The Palos Heights McDonald's is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever patronized. I love to support local businesses, but after repeated attempts to provide feedback went completely unacknowledged, I no longer am a customer. As a result, I've rediscovered Pops. And, I can't wait for Wendy's to open.

Crestwood is the bomb! They have a Target (fricking awesome) and a bar called At The Office which has great wings!!!! I was going there all the time, but my buddy's wife is a real controlling piece of work! I really feel sorry for him because he's also disabled by a bad foot and knee and doesn't get out much!!!

I totally agree! I never went to McDonald's. Not only because their food sucks, but because it was a dump! I often frequent Nick's and Pops, which both have very good food. I wish Pops have a drive thru though.

You want a real burger? Go to Royalberry restaurant right next door to Dominick's on 127th & Ridgdeland. They have a weekday special. Hand packed half pound cheese burger with fries and all the fixings for only $4.99 and you could add a soup or a salad for $ .99 more.

Well McDonalds on 127th st finally got with the program. I am glad. The old one was filthy and outdated. I hope their business comes back ,
