Police determined that Shaven and Moderhack were allegedly fighting in front of the store. At some point, Shaven was pushed into the window.
It wasn't clear what started the fight between the two men or if they knew each other before it happened. However, witnesses did say Shaven and Moderhack had fought.
Officers who went to help Shaven reportedly found him "combative and belligerent" and allegedly intoxicated.
Both participants in the fight are set to appear on Dec. 21 in a Bridgeview courtroom.
